Return and Refund Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANAGE POLICY
We appreciate your purchase and are committed to providing you with quality products and service. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Returns Due to Damage or Defect
If you receive a damaged or defective item (e.g., cracked pots, broken furniture, plants in unhealthy condition, etc.), If the damage is visible, the product must not be accepted and should be returned immediately with the delivery team. If the damage is not visible, please report it within 48 hours of delivery or receiving your order.
To report such issues, you may:
- Notify our delivery team immediately upon receipt, or
- Contact the sales executive who assisted with your order, or
- Reach out directly to our customer care team on 📞 1815858
- Provide a clear photo for the product assessment and documentation
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours for damaged or defective items.
2. Returns for Other Reasons (Unsatisfactory Items)
We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Please read the conditions below before requesting a return or exchange:
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
· Custom Installations
o Customized products such as: Moss, grass and plants designs, boutique sets, Artificial Grass Installations etc. are not exchangeable or returnable.
· Ground plantation
o Due to the sensitive nature of plants, unless a defect is reported within 48 hours of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
· Potted Natural Plants
Due to the perishable nature of natural plants, they are generally not covered under standard return policy. However, at Home and Garden, we value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not happy with your purchased plant, we are pleased to offer an exception: you can exchange the plant within 14 days of purchase, provided that the plant is in good condition.
Eligible Items
All other items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original condition, Unused and undamaged.
- Tags must be intact and attached
- Original invoice must be presented
3. Return Fees
Returns are starting from 20 KD pickup charge and handling fee, depending on location and quantity. Alternatively, the item can be delivered to the company's premises free of charge.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
